At Annu Essentials, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh groceries directly to your doorstep in a fast and reliable manner. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery processes.

1. Delivery Coverage

Currently, we operate within select cities and specific pincodes in India. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your pincode during checkout or on the product page. If your area is unserviceable, you will not be able to complete the order.

2. Delivery Timings and Slots

• Express Delivery: Eligible orders in select areas may qualify for our 10-60 minute express delivery.
• Scheduled Delivery: For larger grocery hauls, you can select a preferred delivery slot during checkout. Deliveries occur between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Delays: While we aim to fulfill every order on time, unforeseen factors like extreme weather or heavy traffic may cause delays. We will notify you proactively if such an event occurs.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on the order value and delivery speed:

• Orders above ₹500 usually qualify for Free Delivery.
• A nominal delivery fee (e.g., ₹30 - ₹50) is applied to orders below the minimum threshold.
• Express deliveries or late-night slots might attract an additional surcharge.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and out for delivery, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking link. You can also track the status in real-time by visiting the "Orders" section in your Account dashboard.

5. Contactless Delivery

We offer a contactless delivery option to ensure the safety of our customers and rider partners. Please select this option during checkout and ensure prepaid payment is completed.
