Refund & Return Policy

At Annu Essentials, we strive to ensure that you receive the freshest and highest quality groceries. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy provides you with simple options to resolve any issues.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, different rules apply to different categories:

Perishable Goods: Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat products must be inspected at the time of delivery. If you find them unsatisfactory, please return them immediately to our delivery partner or raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
Packaged Groceries: Unopened and sealed non-perishable items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items: Personal care products, baby food, and certain hygiene items are generally non-returnable unless delivered in a damaged condition.

2. Raising a Return/Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund:

Log into your Annu Essentials account and navigate to the Orders section.
Select the specific order and click on the Request Return button next to the item.
Provide a reason for the return and optionally upload a photograph of the damaged or defective product.
Our support team will review the request and schedule a reverse pickup if applicable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is collected (if required):

Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking account within 5-7 business days.
Annu Essentials Wallet: You may opt to receive the refund in your digital wallet for instant credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the refund will be provided to your wallet or transferred to your specified bank account upon verification.

4. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it is marked as "Packed" or "Out for Delivery". In such cases, full refunds are processed immediately. If the order is already out for delivery, cancellation may incur a nominal fee, or the delivery partner may refuse the cancellation.
